Refund and replacement policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your information.

We can only provide you with a replacement if the product meets the following conditions:

Item was defective - arrived damaged/broken or soiled.
Packages lost in transit.

NOTE: Pasitact is not responsible for any lost or mis-shipped packages. Before submitting your order, please make sure that all the information you provide is correct to avoid postage loss or other unexpected situations.

Cancel

You can request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Be sure to read our instructions and processing times carefully.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?
